1. Answer: A broom was given as a
housewarming gift to sweep the prior energies
out of the house. A cleansing of the house of
prior energies.
2. Answer: Salem, Massachusetts.
3. Answer: None. No one was burned in North
America (United States) as a witch. They were
hung, one person (a man) died from being
pressed to death, some died in prison and a
few managed to stay alive to be set free after
the people of Salem came to their senses.

5. Answer: The left hand. Even up into the
1950’s and 1960’s people were still trying
to get the left handed children to switch to
using their right hands. It was not just the
family’s who did this, but it was also in some
cases the school teachers. In some cases
the child could continue to write with their left
hand, but would be taught to write with a
right handed slant instead of a natural left
handed slant.
